Assessments
All assessments are conducted by a state of Minnesota Board of Behavioral, Health & Therapy Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). A multi-demensional psychosocial assessment tool is utilized to provide an indication of the depth of the problem identified. The interview will last about one hour.
Home Based Evaluations
A licensed chemical dependency counselor meets with the client in the comfort of their home. This service is offered because many people in need of a chemical dependency evaluation have difficulties getting to treatment centers and assessment agencies. (This service is offered to cash paying clients only)
